Merry Christmas
2017
With the turning of the year comes a moment of calmness and conscious reflection. Architecture, design, and art often accompany everyday life quietly and over long periods of time. For this very reason, their impact emerges less through the exceptional than through the continuity of spatial experience.
Sincere thanks are extended for the interest shown in the works of Felix Schwake and for the ongoing dialogue surrounding architecture, design, and functional art.
The holiday season offers an opportunity to concentrate on what is essential — on time, perception, and the quality of spaces, encounters, and atmosphere. Perhaps this is one of the fundamental tasks of architecture: to create places that allow for calmness and consciously accompany human experience.
We wish you a peaceful Christmas and a focused and inspiring beginning to the new year.
Kind regards
Felix Schwake
